My Radical Church

is an exciting new church plant, giving passionate Christians the opportunities and tools to serve the Lord Jesus Christ with their talents and according to their individual calling. We welcome the poorest and most needy from our community to come and allow us the opportunity and privilege of ministering to them. Our members are offered the opportunity to attend discipleship, leadership and coaching training in order to better serve the Lord and His church. Weekly and monthly small groups meet to build friendships and fellowships. We love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we love His people, and we love His church. Therefore, we strive to be multi-cultural and different without sacrificing solid doctrinal truths for the mere sake of entertainment. My Radical Church is an outreach ministry of the York Baptist Association and is affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. We actively support missions and are the supporters of Midtown Ministries, a local ministry for inner city children.

Focus on Prayer

Small Group Prayer

Prayer is an important part of our worship services. We often break up into small groups so that everyone has a chance to pray and/or be prayed over. Prayer not only enlists the power of God to allow His will to be done among us, it also unites those who pray together in a closer and stronger fellowship.

Breaking Bread Together

Radical Ladies Serving Food

Several of those who attend My Radical Church are homeless men and women. Our ladies love to serve up a good hot meal after every service. It provides a great time of fellowship and allows us to get to know one another better.

Our Sunday School begins at 9:30 AM but, for those who get there early, we have a special breakfast snack of sausage and buiscuit with coffee.

The food is great, the love of Christ is strong and our fellowship is unbreakable.

Lining up for lunchChildren Are Our Future

We love our kids. My Radical Church sponsors a midweek children's ministry called Midtown Ministries in which ten other churches participate in reaching out to the inner city children of Rock Hill.

3rd Graders

The children are brought to us by Kids for Jesus bus ministry. They are taught to worship, fed a hot meal and separated into Bible study classes by age. At the left, a group of 3rd graders diligently work on their lesson materials.
